Development
Residential and commercial buildings in central Goa. Five completed since 1993, and a new generation of architect-led residences underway.
Furniture
Goa's first furniture showroom, founded in 1973. Solid teak, carved Indo-Portuguese pieces, and Art Deco forms, made in Goa.
Hospitality
A 74-room resort on Fort Aguada Road, Candolim, owned and run by the group. Pool, restaurant and bar, and direct bookings on the resort's own site.
Land, leasing, and investment
The group's land company. Acquires and holds land in North Goa, manages commercial leasing in the group's Panjim buildings, and structures joint developments.

Carpenters Choice opens on M.G. Road, Panaji — Goa's first furniture showroom.
The first parcels of land are bought in and around Panjim. Magnum Constructions begins.
Magnum Centre, M.G. Road, Panaji, is completed — the first building under the Magnum name.
Magnum Plaza, St Inez, is completed. The group is now building on the Candolim coast as well as in the city.
Magna Realty Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated as the group's land and investment company.
Magnum Residency, Miramar, is completed.
Magnum Chambers, St Inez, is completed and becomes the group's head office.
Magnum Greens is under construction in Porvorim. The Drape and The Ribbon are in design.
How the group is organised
“Magnum Group” is the name we use for the family of businesses. When you deal with us, you deal with one of the four below, in its own name and under its own registration.
