What was built, and when.

Dates, not adjectives. Every entry below is a place you can stand in front of.

  1. Carpenters Choice opens on M.G. Road, Panaji — Goa's first furniture showroom.

  2. The first parcels of land are bought in and around Panjim. Magnum Constructions begins.

  3. Magnum Centre, M.G. Road, Panaji, is completed — the first building under the Magnum name.

  4. Magnum Plaza, St Inez, is completed. The group is now building on the Candolim coast as well as in the city.

  5. Magna Realty Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated as the group's land and investment company.

  6. Magnum Residency, Miramar, is completed.

  7. Magnum Chambers, St Inez, is completed and becomes the group's head office.

  8. Magnum Greens is under construction in Porvorim. The Drape and The Ribbon are in design.
