Development
Residential and commercial buildings in central Goa. Eight completed since 1993, and a new generation of architect-led residences in progress.
Furniture
Goa's first furniture showroom, founded in 1973. Solid teak, carved Indo-Portuguese pieces, and Art Deco forms, made in Goa.
Hospitality
An independent, family-run beach resort on Fort Aguada Road, Candolim, open since 1997: 74 rooms in four low-rise blocks around twin pools, 500 m from the beach, with a restaurant, a bar, and a banquet hall opening in November 2026.
Real estate consultancy and strategy
The group's real estate consultancy and strategy firm. Land strategy, feasibility, joint-development structuring, transaction advisory, and leasing strategy in Goa, from people who have built here.
And the work that is not a business
Help with education and medical treatment, support for community and religious institutions in Panjim and Candolim, and the welfare of the people who work in the group's businesses. A family initiative, kept on record here.

Carpenters Choice opens in Panaji — Goa's first furniture showroom.
The first parcels of land are bought in and around Panjim. Magnum Constructions begins.
Magnum Centre, M.G. Road, Panaji, is completed — the first building under the Magnum name.
Magnum Resorts opens on Fort Aguada Road, Candolim: four low-rise blocks around twin pools, when Candolim was still a fishing village.
Magnum Plaza, St Inez, is completed.
Magna Realty Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated — today the group's real estate consultancy and strategy firm.
Magnum Residency, Miramar, is completed.
Magnum Chambers, St Inez, is completed and becomes the group's head office.
The Drape by Magnum, Miramar, is completed: shops at street level, and an elevation wrapped in a planted metal framework that pleats across the floors.
Magnum Greens, Porvorim, is completed: double-height shops at street level, with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments on the two floors above, on a corner plot.
The Ribbon and The Nest in Porvorim, Priority Magnum in Taleigao, and Magnum Rajdeep in St Inez are in design and planning.
How the group is organised
“Magnum Group” is the name we use for the family of businesses. When you deal with us, you deal with one of the four below, in its own name and under its own registration.

The group's head office and disbursing authority for all four businesses is at Magnum Chambers, Panaji. Haroons, the family's charitable work, is a family initiative and not a separate legal entity.
