Who we are

A Goan builder, now designing for the photographs.

Magnum has built dependably in Goa for thirty years. With our current portfolio of architect-led residences, we are also building for the streetscape.

Goa-rooted, since the 1980s

We did not arrive with the boom. Land bought in the 1980s, projects completed from 1993 onwards, and relationships with panchayats, architects, and contractors built across three property cycles.

Architecturally distinctive

Our new chapter, named in projects like The Drape and The Ribbon, is facade-led and story-led. Buildings that contribute something to the street, not only to saleable area.

Reliable at scale

Thirty years of completed buildings, a substantial land bank, and our own commercial headquarters at Magnum Chambers. The basis on which we take on joint ventures and institutional work.
